This is no cheap Italian sword and sandals epic. The production values are excellent especially the CinemaScope photography (the director knew how to fill the frames) and location shooting. The action scenes and there are plenty are well done and the dubbing is really well done. Ok Steve Reeves will never win and Oscar but he is good in this within his skills and the supporting cast is made up do good veteran actors who don't ham it up,as so often happens in these shows.
