Federal Agent Justin Vanier (Billy Blanks) must infiltrate the Virtual Arts Academy, which is believed to be secretly building up a private - and very deadly - army. The facility is owned by the sinister Warbeck (Wolf Larson), who has been training his super-soldiers using the latest virtual reality software. Justin smuggles himself inside the academy and contacts an undercover agent named Eric (Jalal Merhi). Together, they must destroy the facility and fight their way out.
