Definitely Maybe is a great movie about finding the love of your life. Perhaps William Hayes will marry his blonde highschool sweetheart? or the sexy redhead he works with? Maybe it's the brunette, gorgeous friend of a friend? In this sweet movie, Abigail Breslin and Ryan Reynolds invent a game for her to find out how her parents met. Do not take this movie as you see it from the trailer, because there is nothing to suggest what comes of this movie. A gorgeous little girl, a lost book, and a very shiny... wait. that would be a spoiler! The movie is definitely in my top ten, and rates very highly in the actors performances and the believeability of the script and the historical information laid within. A great movie, one that the boys will not totally despise.

Considering the actors in this film I was quite disappointed, it did not capture me at all, I found it a struggle to finish.

Nope, didn't buy it sorry. This reads like it might be a fairly original story and as if it has the potnetial to be an interesting movie. It actually comes across as another Hollywood product, and not a very god one at that either (they really should have picked a better leading man, someone who could act his way out of some of the awful dialogue here). Breslin is good, but the rest is very disappointing.
