It took them 14 years to get round to making a sequel to a film that was more aboutg being controversial than it was about being any good. This film is even more not any good than the first one. Sharon Stone's in London this time (so at least that means the British cast is good) and Michael Douglas is nowhere to be seen. The film is just boring and flat. If it wasn't for the reputation of the first film, this would never have been taken notice of by anyone.
