28 DAYS is an absolutely wild and wacky comedy that will make you laugh and feel good. If you ask me, Gwen (Sandra Bullock) desperately needed the rehabilitation clinic after plowing her sister's (Elizabeth Perkins) wedding limo into the front porch of someone's residence. Also, if someone did that on my wedding day, I'd see to it that they got major help. However, I did like their wedding attire. In addition, it was funny when Gwen stumbled and took out the wedding cake after Jasper (Dominic West) whirled her a little too hard. Also, in a flashback to the wedding, her speech was absolutely funny. It was because of what she said about her sister getting married. Drunks and weddings.........!

This movie is a crack up! It also has a little bit of romance thrown in for good measure. Sandra Bullocks character has just messed up again. She ruined her sisters wedding and in a drunken state, drove the limo into a house. Her sister says that enough is enough, and sends her to a rehab facility.. for 28 days. Join Sandra Bullock as she tries to get sober, and get her life back on track...

Sandra bullock, although bland in many roles, is perfect for this one. She is, an alcoholic finally forced through the last of many embarrasing drink induced incidents, to enter rehab. Of course, ups and downs inevitably end in triumph. Enjoyable film, even if it does rehash an often visited theme.

Sandra Bullock is amazing in this film. Sent to rehab for drinking and doing drugs, she goes through an array of emotions to come out in the end, a better person. I liked this film because it did not hold back on what happens in rehab centres and the people that are there are represented in an in your face sense with nothing held back. It was raw and emotional and I think Sandra Bullock did a fantastic job.
