The titles of these books always crack me up sooo badly! Especially the “anger management for dummies” issue. I do not exactly know how seriously they take that topic, but I can say without a doubt this book is reliable and practical in guidance and advice. I enjoyed the wit and humour put into it. The content is reliable and I’ve done further reading from they recommend in the book. I wouldn’t recommend for visual people as the illustrations are limited and lack in entertainment value.
