A relatively low-tech solution to a high-tech problem. In this modern age, hackers are the biggest threat there is to national security. But the solution can be stolen and used for sinister purposes, in this case by a corrupt politician whose greed exceeds his loyalty. Enter John E. Smith, a senator who serves no one but himself.
