Sunny Awhefeada is a Reader in the Department of English and Literary Studies, Delta State University, Abraka. Peter E. Omoko is a playwright/scholar who teaches African oral literature, creative writing, African and European literatures at the Department of English, Delta State College of Physical Education, Mosogar Delta State-Nigeria and whose research interest focuses on translation, fieldwork/folklore studies, popular songs and African drama. He has published in a wide range of scholarly journals, as well as several national and international essay collections. He currently serves as the Membership Secretary of the Nigerian Oral Literature Association (NOLA), Associate Editor, Nigerian Journal of Oral Literature and Assistant Marketing Editor, ARIDON: The International Journal of Urhobo Studies. He is currently a Doctoral student at the Department of English and Literary Studies, Delta State University, Abraka. He is the author of the book, A Companion to Literature (2014). Omoko is also an award-winning playwright. His published plays include Battles of Pleasure (2009), Three Plays (an anthology of plays, 2010), Uloho (2013), Crude Nightmen (2015) and Majestic Revolt (2016).
