Julie Sutherland is the author of How To Win At Student Life; the ebooks, blog and social media posts. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc Hons, and hasn't figured out what takes her fancy for a Master's yet. During her study, her favourite model species quickly became Homo sapiens studentius. She has experience of several kinds of student accommodation, has been Lead Tenant, and is knowledgeable about such things. As part of her research on H. sapiens studentius, she enrolled in various societies and even ended up in a position of authority. She still eats mountains of noodles - a habit she picked up in her student days. Julie loves to write. Susana Wessling has lived in 11 different student rooms in four different countries. She still plans on adding some more to that list. She has a BA in Painting and a MFA in contemporary art practice. The latest from the University of Edinburgh, where she met Julie. Through six years of studying and one gap year between degrees Susana learned how to fix furniture with tape and to cook on a budget. I guess her species is also Homo sapiens studentius artisticus.
