I would say that this book reminds me of the 'dummy' series, similar to it is 'psychology for dummies' and in comparison to the dummy series i would say this book rates just as well, the light hearted humour and reading makes for an interesting read. The topics covered are a great basis for introductory psychology and i think that the information in it is of value.
