"A well-researched and thoughtful book."-- "The Observer (London)
[praise for Alain Demurger's 'The Last Templar']"
"Engaging and intelligently dramatic. Demurger has written a
valuable and compellingly readable account of the individual valor
and suffering that's too often obscured in wider-angle studies.
It's a welcome thing to have such an attractively-produced version
in English."-- "Open Letters Review"
"Scrupulously detailed."-- "The Times (London) [praise for Alain
Demurger's The Last Templar]"
