"Nonviolent Communication - A language of life" is definitely one of the best buys I've ever made. Marshall B. Rosenberg provides a useful guide for peaceful communication - The first thing I've noticed about the book is that, at the end of each chapter he writes a summary (What is indeed very helpful) and something called "NVC in action" - There he provides us with an example where NVC (Nonviolent Communication) was used in an actual situation and how it helped to solve the conflict. Anyways, I've been reading the book with enthusiasm and it helped me alot. I'm pretty sure I will look for other book of M.B. Rosenberg in future.

the title of this book describes perfectly its content. the author clearly states the value of correct and purposeful communication technique, illustrating his concets with worked examples, plus end-of-chapter exercises. the book is worth reading at least twice as many concepts can be easily misinterpreted. The concepts should be generally taught, a lot of people would benefit from this manner of communication. As a primer, this text makes me interested in taking a course in this.I can readily understand why this book has sold as many copies as it has. excellent value for money and time.
