David Desser (Ph.D., University of Southern California) is Professor Emeritus of Cinema Studies at the University of Illinois. Sarah Kozloff (Ph.D., Stanford University) is Professor of Film at Vassar College. Martha Nochimson (Ph.D., CUNY) is an independent scholar and writer.
