I enjoyed Sarah's straightforward writing style and the fact that she doesn't Plug a specific diet. Some good ideas for some recipes and some useful Tips to get the dreaded white stuff out of your life. Plus I guess she's gorgeous So if cutting out sugar helps her look that good I'd be happy to try it

I like a lot of the recipes in this book and it is a nice step by step guide to quitting sugar, but I'm a little wary of all of the coconut products used in the recipes. I love coconut, but I suspect it's not all that good to be loading up on it. I'm also a little bothered by Sarah's "research". She mentions the findings of her research throughout the book, however there are no references to her sources at all. If she had credible sources, she would have done well to include them in the book. Instead, I find myself being sceptical of her findings. Purely as a book of recipes that are low on sugar (particularly desserts), it's pretty good.
