Don't let the title fool you. Only a few pages are devoted to developing Chi through a system of Chi Kung. The majority of the book is simply an instructional guide to the first form of Wing Chun, and only as it applies to Cheung's lineage, varying drastically from other styles of Wing Chun/Ving Tsun. There are many better books on the subject whose authors don't add further insult by having a significant number of pages left half blank.
