Tony Lewis is a former elite swimmer and has held men's South Bucks and Berkshire County swimming record for the 1,500m freestyle of 15.52.13 since 1991. He was coached at a senior level by Bill Furness, the current Head Coach of British Swimming, whilst at University in Nottingham. He is a consultant in organisational change and has worked with numerous executive management teams to help them transform their businesses. He is author of the 'What Type of Athlete are you?' series and 'Swimming Technique Illustrated' and has created the #sportsbehaiour system which helps athletes and teams improve their performance. For fun, he is restoring a piece of ancient woodland in the Chiltern Hills, is a Team Manager for his local swimming team, is a published fiction writer under the pen name of Sewel T. Whynot and still swims a bit.
