Dr. Sangeeta Sharma is Professor of Public
Administration at the University of Rajasthan, India. She is a
prolific researcher who has extensively contributed to the field of
digital governance. She has constructed many conceptual constructs
which are internationally acknowledged. She is on the International
Editorial Board of different Journals and is on International
Program Committees. Her academic acumen is reflected in her
published works in National and International reputed publications.
She is a believer of original and thought provoking ideas which are
of prognostic nature. She has also conducted quasi-experimental
research measuring co-associational values amongst psychological
variables. Her book Transformational Pathways: Attainable Utopias
is a well acknowledged work.
Dr. Pankaj Nagar is Associate Professor in the
Department of Statistics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur
(Rajasthan), India. He did his M.Sc. in Statistics in 1986, M.Phil.
(Statistics) in 1987 and Ph.D. (Reeliability Analysis) in 1992. In
addition to teaching he is guiding Ph.D. Scholars in the area of
Applied Statistics, Data Mining and Computational Statistics. He
has multiple papers published in national and international
journals and proceedings. He is an author of six books in the area
of Statistics and Computer Applications.
