Wouldn't it be great if there were Twelve Steps for people who weren't addicts or alcoholics, who just wanted a simple way to live a better life? Well there are. Michael Dinneen LCSW, CACIII, has written The Gift of Fulfillment for anyone committed to living a radically improved life, based on spiritual principles and easy-to-follow directions. For anyone who's ever wondered where they were when life's instructions were being handed out, this book is Life 101. The Gift of Fulfillment is eminently practical and action-oriented, not esoteric. Living a life of peace and purpose is possible when one's focus is on giving, not getting. Inherently spiritual as well as practical. Don't need to be in recovery to benefit.
