I've heard a lot about this diet and from what i hear it all seems to be rather legitimate and i have heard many success stories and not heard of one unsuccessful dukan dieter. The thing these dieters seem to miss most is their delicious fruits. With a different approach than regular diets there must be good reason for those deliciously think French to have kept this from us !
