About the Author

Author, Paul Ticher, has nearly 30 years of experience as an independent information systems consultant and data protection trainer in the voluntary sector. He is also co-author in the same Key Guides series of Minute Taking and also was a contributor to The Complete Fundraising Handbook 7th edition.
