Stephanie is a 12 year old girl who spends her daily recess playing the "tag" game, Cops and Robbers. One day, she comes home to find a mysterious hourglass on her desk, which whisks her off into another dimension. In this unknown world, she finds herself being chased by overbearing policemen, who try to prevent her from escaping. Time is running out.
